Rates are in EUR, per room, per day (breakfast, city tax and VAT are included).
During registration process, please state if you need accommodation- according to your registration, room reservation will be done.
Hotel reservation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accommodation capacities will be filled according to the receipt of the reservation and payment, until filled.
Accommodation booking is available only for the conference participants.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY AFTER THE ACCOMMODATION PROFORMA/ INVOICE IS SETTLED YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED VALID.
Terms and conditions of accommodation cancellation
Any cancellation or changes must be sent to the Technical Organizer – antonio.naranca@penta-zagreb.hr and nina.dadic@penta-zagreb.hr– in official written e-mail.
PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION (REGISTRATION FEE):
- Cancellation of participation until 15th September 2024 is possible with a full refund.
- For cancellation of participation from 16th of September to 10th of October 2024, the refund will be reduced by an administration fee of EUR 80 per participant.
- For cancellation of participation from 11th of October 2024, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION:
- Cancellation of accommodation until 15th September 2024 is possible with a full refund.
- Cancellation of accommodation from 16th of September to 10th of October 2024 is possible, with a note that the costs of the first night will be charged.
- For cancellation of accommodation from 11th of October 2024, in case of non-arrival at the hotel, late arrival or early departure, the participant is obliged to cover the costs of the entire accommodation.
- In case of arriving at the hotel later than planned (refers to the date of arrival), it is necessary to notify the hotel or the organizer. In case of no-show, there is a possibility that the accommodation will be charged and will no longer be available.
