“32nd Congress of the European Association of Tissue and Cell Banks – EATCB2024“ and „XVIII Congreso de la AEBT (Asociación Española de Bancos de Tejidos) – AEBT 2024“ Congress will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from November 28 to 29, 2024, at the Hotel Ilunion Barcelona, C/Ramón Turró, 196-198, Barcelona, Spain.

Online registration is mandatory for all participants (participants and lecturers)

*Every membership will be verified with EATCB and AEBT– all memberships fees along with fee for 2024. must be paid.

Registration fee includes: entrance to the on- site lectures and exhibition area, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches according to the programe, and conference dinner, VAT.

Standard single room – breakfast and city tax included	165,00 eur
Standard double room – breakfast and city tax included	189,00 eur

Rates are in EUR, per room, per day (breakfast, city tax and VAT are included).

During registration process, please state if you need accommodation- according to your registration, room reservation will be done.

Hotel reservation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accommodation capacities will be filled according to the receipt of the reservation and payment, until filled.

Accommodation booking is available only for the conference participants.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY AFTER THE ACCOMMODATION PROFORMA/ INVOICE IS SETTLED YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED VALID.

Terms and conditions of cancellations

Any cancellation or changes must be sent to the Technical Organizer – antonio.naranca@penta-zagreb.hr and nina.dadic@penta-zagreb.hr– in official written e-mail.

PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION (REGISTRATION FEE):

Cancellation of participation until 15^th September 2024 is possible with a full refund.
For cancellation of participation from 16^th of September to 10^th of October 2024, the refund will be reduced by an administration fee of EUR 80 per participant.
For cancellation of participation from 11^th of October 2024, the registration fee cannot be refunded.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION:

Cancellation of accommodation until 15^th September 2024 is possible with a full refund.
Cancellation of accommodation from 16^th of September to 10^th of October 2024 is possible, with a note that the costs of the first night will be charged.
For cancellation of accommodation from 11^th of October 2024, in case of non-arrival at the hotel, late arrival or early departure, the participant is obliged to cover the costs of the entire accommodation.
In case of arriving at the hotel later than planned (refers to the date of arrival), it is necessary to notify the hotel or the organizer. In case of no-show, there is a possibility that the accommodation will be charged and will no longer be available.
